Reflection of light occurs when the waves encounter a surface or other boundary that does not absorb the energy of the radiation and bounces the waves away from the surface. Reflections can create beautiful designs. At the same time, self-reflection is a powerful tool for finding meaning and processing important information. You can’t force reflection on yourself or others. Through art and the physical act of painting in my loose style, I simultaneously reflect on my own experiences.
